The Alternative AGM

Massereene U3A would normally hold its AGM in September. Obviously this year it was not possible to hold an AGM so members should by now have received information about how we propose to manage the business that would usually have been dealt with at that meeting. You can also view all the relevant documents here.

The Executive Committee are hoping that as many members as possible will complete and return the Emergency Approvals form so that we can be assured of your support for the approach we have taken. Hopefully it will be possible for us to resume our monthly meetings and other activities at some stage in 2021. In the meantime, continue to stay safe and well.
