Online lectures during March

Ulster University have a few free lectures on next week that may be of interest to you.
They’re free online lectures with academics from Ulster University and Queen’s University Belfast.
They would be of particular interest to people with an interest in, history, literature, mental health and embroidery.

People can give a donation if they like
They’re all on Zoom so everyone from NI can join in.

  • The patron of St Patrick’s: Irish writing, mental health and the legacy of Jonathan Swift – A lecture by Dr James Ward.
    Tuesday 16th March 7.30pm
  • The pre-history of Ulster until the arrival of St Patrick – A lecture by Dr Cormac McSparron of Queen’s University, Belfast.
    Wednesday 17th March 2.30pm
  • Textile art, peacebuilding and human rights in Latin America – a talk with Leverhulme fellow Lorna Dillon from the Belfast School of Art.
    Tuesday 23rd March 7.30pm
