Family History Project

This project “intends to encourage participants to digitise and explore the narratives surrounding family photographs, from the mid 19th century to the present day, and in particular to consider what their photographs imply about family membership and its meanings”.

At the moment they are lookng for a representative to join a focus group whose aim will be to help develop a proposal for a project focused on family history through photography, earliest photos to the present day.

To get involved members are asked to contact Adrianne Brown ( who will coordinate activities in Northern Ireland.
